Waldo Waldron-Ramsey - Respected Community Leader and Volunteer
Since 2018, Waldo Waldron-Ramsey has been working to ensure criminal justice and social reforms in Washington. This work has fueled his decision to volunteer at organizations like the Seattle-King County NAACP, the NAACP Alaska Oregon, the Washington State-Area Conference, and the Washington Community Action Network. Waldron-Ramsey's volunteer work with these organizations has demonstrated his dedication to advocacy and political strategy.
At the Washington Community Action Network, starting as a policy volunteer and later transitioning into roles as a policy intern, policy analyst, and eventually political director, Mr. Waldron-Ramsey has been instrumental in leading lobbying efforts for racial, gender, and economic justice. As political director, he oversees political and electoral strategy at local, state, and federal levels, ensuring that the organization's mission aligns with legislative and grassroots organizing efforts.
In addition to his professional commitments, Waldo Waldron-Ramsey is actively involved in charitable and community-driven initiatives. He serves as the executive secretary of Fabian's Fund, an organization dedicated to supporting liberation education within Washington State prisons. He is also involved with the Order of the Knights of Pythagoras WA, a youth-led group fostering leadership and responsibility under the guidance of Prince Hall Masons.
